Came in to see if Eddy*s could true two wheels for me, thought I would have to leave them and return when they were done. The service tech said he would do them while I waited, and they were done in very short order. Wheels now spin true, could not be happier with them.

I am a mountain bike rider who needed a bmx bike for Rays to ride with my son. I have been out of the bmx game for 30 years, it was nice that the staff made me feel welcome and assisted me with my purchase.
Wide selection and top quality
Chris was Great! Knowledgeable, friendly and actually followed up with my request. This has rarely been my experience, in the past, at the N.Olmsted location. Not sure if your training is better or if it’s only Chris, but I would recommend your shop. Great selection of bikes and accessories.

Service department has skilled techs. that carefully conduct pre-riding season evaluations and if any repairs are needed they explain their findings and solutions for the repair.
