Eddys is a great place to shop . I’ve purchased a new bike, grabbed parts, and gotten info. Wether your looking to find new trails or upgrade your current bike there always knowledgeable and more than happy to chat. And there service department is fair and pretty quick in my opinion

Eddie's Bike Shop in Willoughby is one of a kind! The service there is beyond excellent. Every staff member knows bikes inside and out and can also help you select gear that will make your ride longer, more comfortable and more enjoyable. Staff also go to great lengths to make their customers happy. They will spend as much time with you as needed and never make you feel as if you're taking up too much of their time, regardless how busy they are. I have also used their Service Packages and my bike came out looking brand new. I've never had any other experience compared to what is provided here!
