Eddy's has been able to get bike parts for my wife's bike and mine when no other bike shops in my area could. Eddy's is about a two and a half hours drive but it worth the drive to get to a bike shop like Eddy's. They have inventory on site. If you can not find a bike there you will not find one any where.
The service is the best I have experienced. They know all about bikes and have the staff to support your needs.
We took a trip to Eddy's Stow store to pick up a special part we needed and met some of the staff there. All were great folks and knew all about bikes. We were given a tour of the business there. The show room is packed with bikes of all types and sizes with bikes in storage to back up the show room. The service area is second to none.
