I visited the store on Bishop Road on Saturday, January 21st.
I stopped by to pick up a bike trainer I had purchased. Anthony helped me assemble the bike trainer in the store, and mount my bike that I had brought along.
Anthony was most helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He was a great help.

Debora was the reason we made a purchase at Eddy's. We had not planned to buy bicycles that day. She was thorough in explaining features and benefits of the bicycles and her fund of knowledge as a cyclist who apparently helps other people enjoy riding bicycles was extremely helpful. She made sure our bikes were set up appropriately and explained accessories and maintenance well. Chris did a great job of getting the financing taken care of for us. We will see how the service end of the business plays out in the future. Shout out to Fraser from the Willoughby store who spent a good deal of time helping us explore bike carriers for our new e-bikes after we just dropped in to see the store. Both Debora and Fraser acted like they had plenty of time to work with us and treated us as if all our questions were important.
The store has so many bikes and different products. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Came in for bike shoes for my Peloton. Needed a bigger toe box. I didn't want to spend alot of money for bigger shoes and was cost conscientious. Chris greeted me and was so kind and professional from the start and throughout my visit. I left with a great pair of shoes and they feel great on my Peloton.

Had an issue with a BB on a Checkpoint SL6. I was getting new bearings (again) and looking for options to solve the issue with grit getting in. Jackson, the mechanic i spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I have been going to Eddy's in North Olmsted for over a decade. They have a tremendous staff--Landon is the gentleman in charge---and they are all knowledgeable and understand your cycling needs.
The also have an excellent service department that is also very knowledgeable and professional. I have never, ever been disappointed with anything about Eddy's.
