Service staff was thorough and did an excellent job explaining what services needed to be completed on my bike. There were no surprises when I picked up the bike after repairs were made. Also, when I browsed the store, staff member Anthony took the time to point out the latest features and advancements on all types of bikes and accessories without ever pressuring me. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about riding, but not pushy. I appreciated him in taking the time to show me around. I know that I will be back to the store to purchase accessories.

Bought my first dirt jumper / mountain bike and had a ton of questions but I am normally not great in social environments making it kind of difficult to get the questions out. The staff that helped me was super helpful and answered every question I had. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I had an overall great experience at the north Olmsted location.
