I appreciated how Jeff explained, in such easy terms, how to ride and shift my new e-bike. I was a little nervous about it as I'd never ridden one before. He put me completely as ease.
Sorry that I can't remember the name of the guy who worked on my bike. I brought it in to have a flat tire repaired and new rear brake pads installed. He offered to get it done right away but since I had other errands to do and I didn't want to leave it on my bike rack during the heavy rain we had July 20, I told him to keep it and I would pick it up the next day. He called me to point out a couple other things that needed to be done (rear tire had a sidewall cut and something on a derailleur needed replaced). The bike was ready to go when I arrived about 30 minutes later.
