Chrsta was very informative and helpful. Denniss and the other technicians were very gracious and helpful. I found everyone very helpful in understanding what I might buy and afterwards very hepful in getting the product to me. Also some extra time in helping me stow the bike in my car. Good shop with welcome to the clients that come there.

Deb, the sales person who stepped forward to welcome us as we came in the door, was outstanding. She took time to make us comfortable, asked us what we were looking for, showed us around, explained everything, answered all our questions, and was never pushy. She took the time to help us try out bikes that fit our needs and our physical abilities. She was knowledgeable and friendly.
It's because of her that we are so happy and satisfied with our new bikes. Also the guy who helped us get the new bike rack on our car was really helpful and friendly as well.
