Great experience. I had my Trek FX 4 repaired. The woman who fixed my bike was very helpful and informative. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions.
I also bought a new Trek FX 6 Sport from David. I've dealt with him for other purchases and he was as usual helpful and friendly. David was extremely patient and informative regarding my purchase.

The technician fixed my flat tire while we waited Sunday afternoon, shortly before closing time. Turns out the tube was fine but I failed to close the Presta valve after I re-installed the adapter on the valve. He was courteous and very helpful.
I even left a tip in the Tip Jar. Great Service!

Employees were knowledgable and helpful. Made recommendations without being pushy about it. Made sure I was properly fitted to the bike I chose. I also brought in a bike for maintanance and repairs. Did an excellent job in getting me back on the trail.
