I brought in a new kids bike purchased elsewhere that had issues with the derailleur. They had it working great in under 5 mins and didn’t even want to charge me. I bought some bells for my kids bikes in return. Everyone was extremely friendly. I’ll definitely be back when I need service on our bikes or a new accessory!

At first I thought it was a little expensive, but my bike is my baby and I knew they would do a great job. When I picked it up I couldn’t believe what I was looking at,,,,, it looks better than brand new!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Listened to my concerns and what I wanted in a bike. including cost. purchased a Trek bike that day, bike went through inspection, took it home and when I went for a test ride, the brake line blew out. Very upsetting, called to the store. Took bike back up there and they upgraded my brake lines. I was very happy with how they handled the whole situation. Always have liked shopping here. I probably pass 15 bike shops from marysville to Akron to go to eddy's. I recommend everyone I know who is getting into cycling or just wants to check it out not waste time and just head to Eddys.
Staff is knowledgeable and I really feel like the mechanics know their stuff and provide the best advice on how to proceed with repairs.

Exceptional service - a staff member welcomed us to the store and helped us get everything we needed. He addressed all our safety concerns. He fitted us as needed. Shane was very helpful in teaching me about basic bike maintenance, and swapping my tires/tubes. I highly recommend Eddy’s bike shop to anyone in the area.

The service is always amazing. My trip yesterday took this to a new level. I purchased something for my bike and once I got home, had trouble installing it. I call and was informed that install for would be taken care of free of charge. While I waited the staff took their time (even close to closing) and helped my daughter purchase a good bike for her.
