Listened to when I dropped off the bike.m for requests and issues. Received a quote on likely cost. Phoned and had explained what work needed doing before my permission given to continue. On collection I was given a summary of the work carried out and a detailed receipt with the breakdown of the cost for parts and service.Willingly helped to put my bike in my van.

Had a troublesome problem with the chain skipping, and ghost shifting, on my vintage road bike. I took it to another well-established bike shop, but it came back even worse even after some new parts had been fitted. The problems were then correctly diagnosed and fixed at Cycleshack Lewes, at reasonable cost. The bike is now running as smooth as silk. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received.
