We put our two bikes in for a service and check-up of some slight issues. The booking in service was simple and Mat, who serviced the bikes, was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We had to wait several days for a part to arrive for my wife's bike, which wasn't the shop's fault. However, after the servicing, my bike still had a problem changing gears, which required another visit back to the shop, but this was quickly resolved, (otherwise I would have given it a 10 rating). Recommended!

Sometimes you can pay a fortune for bike repair and get lots of things fixed that don't need replacing yet. Nice to get a relatively small job done quickly and cheaply.

From start to finish communication was quick and informative. I dropped off my husband’s bike and requested it be fixed up in time for his birthday a week later. They booked it in and kept me updated with anything that needed doing, giving an honest appraisal of the bike and quotes for the work that could be done. It was all done in time! When I went to collect it I was given a little review of the work that was done and kindly put in the car for me. Very happy with the service I received. Will definitely use them again!
