The battery in my Specialized Turbo Vado failed, so after being let down by Evan’s Cycles, I contacted Cycle Shack in Polegate. Sam answered and agreed to look at the bike and hopefully replace the battery under warranty.
A week or so later Sam rang me to say it was all fixed. I picked the bike up on Saturday. Sam mentioned that it was quite a process to get Specialized to replace the battery so I am grateful to him for sorting it all out despite me not purchasing the bike from Cycle Shack. I now wish I had bought the bike from yourselves rather than Evans. Thank you so much for fixing the bike, you really went the extra mile for me. I know where to come for bike bits in the future!
