Reactivity of the mechanic. Having contacted him on 23 December, he was still able to find time to look at my bike for 24 December. As I am only back for a short time, this meant I could use it over the Christmas break. Thank you!

Listened to when I dropped off the bike.m for requests and issues. Received a quote on likely cost. Phoned and had explained what work needed doing before my permission given to continue. On collection I was given a summary of the work carried out and a detailed receipt with the breakdown of the cost for parts and service.Willingly helped to put my bike in my van.
