The bike I have got from using the Cycle scheme is brilliant. Great quality and really happy with it as a whole. The service was immaculate and so fluid. Wheelbase Kendal were easy to contact by email and phone and always gave good support. The day I got my voucher I contacted Wheelbase and spoke to Dave who was a huge help and managed to help me get my paperwork sorted and pick the bike up the same day!

From the initial placing of the order to receiving it, the service was first-class
Really impressed that the bike was ready when I went to collect, even though I hadn't confirmed when I was planning to come in. On order, the staff were helpful and gave good info on the C2W scheme that I wanted to make use of. Staff who handed over the bike explained the set up, helped adjust saddle/pump tyres etc and helped to recommend helmet and other accessories too.
