The products offered for sale are of high quality and generally speaking are well known in the bicycle and cycling industry. The service I received while testing and eventually purchasing the bike was excellent. The sales staff member I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the bike I purchased and other similar bicycles. When I picked up the bicycle after additional set up was completed, I received further assistance from another sales staff. All staff were very pleasant to speak to while on the store.
