Staff first and foremost: Crosby, robert, Jeremy and bike mechanic whose name escapes me. Plus the product. And altho we’ve purchased at least nine bikes through the years and five in past 15 months or so, they are never pushy to close a sale.

The team at the Chattanooga Trek store always does an amazing job. I’ve taken all three of my bikes to them for repair and tuning (even the bikes that aren’t Trek). They are knowledgeable, detailed, quick and communicative.
