Great results and courteous service. Our carpet is fresh and clean.

Loved the online reservation system! I could pick the exact day and time range that worked with my schedule. Appreciated the call from the technician when he was 1/2 hour out & arrived exactly as scheduled. He did a nice job of reviewing our needs and discussed pros and cons of chemicals needed to treat a stain. He was very courteous and careful with our furniture, wood floors and doorways. I would definitely use Zerorez again!

Very Friendly and Professional

Everything !!

Great cleaning job as always

We have old carpet that are dogs further destroyed with muddy feet and an anxious pup's accidents. We called zero rez with hopes that they could at least get the carpet to a better point and remove some of the surface dirt. We had already rented a carpet cleaner and done cleaning ourselves several times - but nothing seemed to come out or look better. Their service surpassed our expectations. First they examined the carpet and gave us an estimate and realistic expectations of how the carpet may handle the cleaning. They recommended a couple treatments. The whole service took way less time than I was expecting. The best part? The carpet looks amazing and practically brand new. I'm talking about 20-year-old
white/cream carpett that three kids grew up on and now a kid and two dogs have played on.

I've already recommended them to my in-laws. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of such a service. and I'm sure they'll come back to do our grout in our tiles kitchen.

Fantastic service. Great prices. Fantastic results.

Always a fine cleaning and on time.

The cleaned couch looks great. The technician was very professional & helpful. I’d definitely have him back for future work.

We have used Zerorez twice within the last couple of months and their work is outstanding! Merrick, our tech, is super fast, friendly, and thorough. I have been recommending Zerorez to all of my friends and neighbors!

Came back to take care of a few tough stains and never gave any hassle on this whatsoever. Rare display of true commitment to customer service.

I was overwhelmingly satisfied with the results. I was extremely pleased with the technicians who were very professional. The technicians were very informative and knowledgeable. I thought I would be replacing carpeting sooner than later. Zerorez brought the carpeting back to life. I have been a home owner for 49 years and have had dozens of companies clean our carpets, but Zerorez was by far the best.the best.

The carpets turned very good even the one that was more than 3 years old. Was able to get all stains out.

I have used Zerorez several times and I am so totally satisfied with their service. I recommend them highly to everyone who is considering carpet cleaning and I haven't heard any negative feedback. Their technicians are friendly but professional and I will definitely have them clean my carpet whenever I need them in the future. Zerorez makes certain that you are completely satisfied.

I've tried other services, but nothing compares with Zerorez.
