The call center/reservation was very easy and accommodating. I explained a situation I had during another cleaning where the carpet was too wet. The technician worked with me and confirmed that I was completely satisfied with the work before he left. The carpet had many high traffic marks, but they came out nicely. Carpet looks great!

The technician that cleaned my carpet was prompt, professional, and answered all of my questions. The Zerorez process was incredible - removing virtually all of the carpet stains that accumulated since I moved into my town home. Since drying, the carpet feels incredibly plush and like new. I am extremely satisfied with the Zerorez process and would absolutely do it again.
