The technician worked very hard and effectively to remove stains and get the carpets clean. There was little odor. It's only been 1 day, so I can't tell whether the carpets will get dirty again quickly. The previous service did not do as good a job at removing stains on the stair carpets and they seemed to get dirty again quickly, so I am hopeful that they will stay clean for longer with the Zerorez treatment. The technician was cheerful and friendly, pleasant to have in the house.

Our technician, Matt, was very friendly. He explained what he was doing and was careful to keep cold air from coming in and careful to protect our furniture. Our carpeting looked very clean afterwards, including a couple of areas that were particularly stained. We used overhead fans and the carpet was dry within six hours.

The tech came early and did an awesome job. He told me every step he would be taking. His name was Kevin and he was very friendly and personable. He was a joy to have here and I am totally happy with the way the carpet turned out. All nice and clean and I have to say it dried quickly. He said to use fans and I did and in about 5+ hours it was dry.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician called before arriving and asked permission to come about 1/2hour early. We were ready, so that was fine.
The work was done very professionally . The technician looked over the areas to be cleaned, and discussed concerns that we had over the dirtiest and most worn area of one bedroom carpet. He did a very good job in that room, even though that carpet will probably have to replaced within the next year or two. The work done in the rest of the areas was excellent!
