I like that the products used are strong enough that my carpet looks brand new afterwards, even though it’s old carpet. In fact, the technician made the comment that it looks like it’s still in pretty good shape.
Also, HUGE THANK YOU TO JACOB!! I had a wall clock that I needed to put back an hour and he graciously pulled it from the wall and then re-hung it again. Also, he moved my furniture for me, because I was unable to do it ahead of time due to my physical limitations.

Where do I start? From the first call to the great service in our home, we could not have been more pleases with our experience. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
People are friendly and they do a good job on the cleaning. Moving furniture is nice as well. I would recommend one thing, though. Please be aware of who was requesting the service vs who receives the service. I actually arranged to have my Dad's carpets cleaned. This was with the understanding that we purchased the 3 room deal. When the service tech arrived, my father had him only clean the hallway, the entry into the living room (couple feet) and the entry to his bedroom (couple feet). I expected to have the entire living room, entire bedroom and hallway cleaned. That didn't happen. For me, that was extremely frustrating. I realize that the tech may not have thought about that, but I would recommend considering this for the future. either let the person who arranged it know, or provide an explanation that the service is to cover three rooms, not just a fraction. This is especially important when dealing with the elderly that are either on a very limited budget, or that have caregivers (children) that coordinate a number of daily living issues like this. My Dad just doesn't get that we contracted for a specific amount of work and that the pricing won't change just because he insists that they do less. Now we have a less than clean and healthy environment for him.
