We've had this service twice now and both times the techs have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and they've done a great job with the carpets. I also appreciate that you come with a heavy curtain that fits snug to the doorway so you can get the water out while keeping my heat in (required for a November cleaning.) The tech also adjusted my room selection to save me a few dollars when he realized my initial selection didn't match the job he was doing.

We had Zerorez clean our carpets yesterday and we're extremely impressed on the results. We had our carpets done in the past but they never looked this good. I spilled candle wax on my carpet several years back and the other carpet cleaners never got it cleaned up completely...but Zerorez took care of it. I give them a 10+!!

My carpets can get gross fast with 2 sick cats, a dog and 3 kids) The man that showed up was knowledgeable about the products and went to work on my basement. I was hesitant on the extra fee for animals but was so worth it. He got out stains that had been in the carpet for 5+years, smells too! The technician worked very hard and effectively to remove stains and get the carpets clean. There was little odor. It's only been 1 day, so I can't tell whether the carpets will get dirty again quickly. The previous service did not do as good a job at removing stains on the stair carpets and they seemed to get dirty again quickly, so I am hopeful that they will stay clean for longer with the Zerorez treatment. The technician was cheerful and friendly, pleasant to have in the house.
