Jacob did a great job. There was a small area outside of our bedroom that was soiled. When I asked him if he could include that small area in the hallway with the bedroom, he complied. All three rooms that were cleaned look like brand new. Our living room carpet is 9 years old and the two bedroom carpets are even older. The service was excellent, Tim the carpet cleaner did an amazing job. He worked very hard and answered all our questions and explained how everything worked. Tim took extra care of protecting our woodwork and was very conscientious about keeping everything clean.
Even though some of the carpet was older and not in the best of shape it looked 100% better after the cleaning. We could see how much dirt and animal hair the extraction process pulled from our carpets. We are very pleased.

We hired Zerorez to treat some bad stains that remained after we cleaned the carpets ourselves using a Rug Doctor. One stain in particular got much worse after we cleaned it ourselves. Zerorez's process made the bad stain almost unnoticeable. For another bad stain in a hallway, after two prior attempts to remove the stain that failed to improve it, Zerorez's process finally got the stain out!
