The call center/reservation was very easy and accommodating. I explained a situation I had during another cleaning where the carpet was too wet. The technician worked with me and confirmed that I was completely satisfied with the work before he left. The carpet had many high traffic marks, but they came out nicely. Carpet looks great!

Doing a good job , I called back because of a line down the carpet in one bedroom.
It was done over but it still shows and this was not there before the carpet was cleaned.
That is the only disappointing part of the appointment.
