EXCELLENT. After a competitor quoted $475 and explained how difficult it is to remove pet urine from our oriental wool carpet, we didn't know what to expect. The Zerorez quote was $139. The finished job was only $88. The carpet is clean, beautiful ... and smells great. We couldn't be more pleased.

The website made it very easy to make an appointment, and the associate from Zerorez was very prompt. He was friendly and took care of the whole house room by room and put in for a couple discounts because we had over-estimated the size of the rooms. The process of cleaning the carpets was very quick, and the carpeting dried quickly and still feels great. We will definitely recommend this service to others, and use it in the future ourselves, too.

Waited over a month to make this review- comment. We had given up on past carpet cleaner. Mild stains reappeared within a few days to two weeks with prior carpet cleaner.
This time over a month after cleaning, the most worn areas like entrances to the bedroom and bathroom are still the first areas to show wear in this 15 year old carpet. But the carpet still feels clean and soft. Stains have not reappeared! We are refreshingly very happy with the results.
