We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in our lower level when we moved in a couple years ago because we knew we would be replacing them with tile at some point. However, after losing our last Golden Retriever recently and some of the issues she was having, we decided to get them cleaned.
Our window of time was 10:30 - 12:30 and unfortunately due to a longer than expected job prior to ours, Jason wasn't able to get to ours until 1:00, but he was done in a couple hours and the carpet looks amazing!! I appreciate that Zerorez has a technique that removes dog hair because at one point we actually had 3 Golden's! So, thank you! ...and I have to add that Jason is very personable! :)
