The associate that provided my carpet cleaning service (I thought his name was Jim, but maybe it was Tim) was the best. He was very conscientous about listening to me tell him about my carpet issues and most conscientous about addressing them in cleaning.My carpet looks like new. Highly recommended!

Waited over a month to make this review- comment. We had given up on past carpet cleaner. Mild stains reappeared within a few days to two weeks with prior carpet cleaner.
This time over a month after cleaning, the most worn areas like entrances to the bedroom and bathroom are still the first areas to show wear in this 15 year old carpet. But the carpet still feels clean and soft. Stains have not reappeared! We are refreshingly very happy with the results.
