I really appreciated the customer service provided on the phone prior to the cleaning. Brissa was very kind and helpful. The cleaning was thorough and well done. And the extra mile staff went to help with an extra stain in the house was much appreciated. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

Our Zerorez serviceman was professional, friendly and thorough.

He came in, surveyed the scope of work, talked through what his approach would be, set up everything and started. It was a three step process, starting with a spray cleaner, then a process that mechanically worked through the tufts of the carpet, and then a vacuuming-type step.

Our carpet is now cleaner than I remember it in years.

No crusty residue on the carpeting when it dries; everyone is professional.
