Accurate and practical assessment of service needs
I brought my bike in for "tune up" and they did a quick look over of my bike and made a few suggestions. They gave me the outlined cost and they stuck to it. I also was interested in some toe clips for my pedals and the store member game me my best option.
They are decent and honest in this store and don't try to "sell" things you aren't interested in.
Highly recommend this shop; my bike was ready in one week!

On a beautiful Saturday morning, when everybody who had a bike would probably want something done to it. The shop squeezed me in for new tires on a couple of house bikes with a smile on their faces.
Friendly salesman - knowledgeable and not pushy.
Just really happy overall with the help I received, despite not receiving an email the bike I ordered online was built and ready, but I had checked and it was only missed by a day, so no big deal. I'm sure someone would have gotten to that shortly. I'll be back out soon regarding the pros and cons of chain waxing. Thanks for getting me started!

Fast service
Very attentive, patient, helpful. It was a beautiful sunny day and the shop was extremely busy. All the team kept their wits and calm and services every person individually for their needs and were so kind. They were personable. My daughter was getting the bike and the spoke to her as the owner of the bike, not me, without talking down to her. She was so incredibly proud and the team did an incredible job on such a busy day making us feel very special
