My experience with ABC has been limited to service requests but I have been greatly impressed with their service. I have a 7-speed commuter with disk breaks, enclosed gear box, and carbon fiber drive chain. Not once have the people at ABC balked at any repair I brought to the store. They have always displayed a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and competence. I highly recommend the 4th street store and, while I have no experience with the Central Avenue store, I am very confident that store would garner the same review.

I have been taking my bikes to this shop for many years and have been very happy. The new owner Brian has made this shop even better. I just purchased a bike there this week and the experience was wonderful. I consulted Dillon on what bike fits my lifestyle now. I am 82 and he recommended a very safe bike for me. It was assembled perfectly and their staff is excellent. This will be my go bike shop in the future.
