I have been going the Joe Daly Cycles since the early 1990s, and haven't thought about going somewhere else in that time.The staff are very knowledgeable about bikes, and cycling equipment. They are friendly and efficient. I have recommended them before to friends, family, and co-workers in the past and will likely do so in the future.

I really like the customer service. Whenever we have question,they will answered them right away,they even let us test ride the bicycle that we wanted. We were very satisfied. We ordered a brompton electric bicycle,and we absolutely love it.they assemble it the same day and texted me within an hour when it was ready.
