The lady I worked with while in the store was extremely nice and helpful. I was looking for help with the shocks on my Powerfly. She looked up the appropriate PSI for the shocks and showed me how to do it.

I went to Bicycles East for my bike needs and a different store for my son’s within the same day and the treatment difference was astounding. I left Bicycles East smiling ear to ear, feeling heard and offered a great deal for a pump. It confirmed that I was correct always recommending the store to whoever has bike needs. Just 30 minutes later, (a different store) for my son, the person was rude and dishonest. They made me feel like a nuisance. At first I was feeling hurt by the treatment but realized, that this is exactly why I prefer Bicycles East. Superior products and treatment!

No matter what time of day you get there, even if they are busy, the employees are always happy with greeting you. They usually get your work done quick. It is just a pleasure to go there. It is like the difference between Publix and WalMart, if you know what I mean.
