They are always friendly, and when you purchase anything at The Bike Shop you are going to get a great product from genuine nice people and a family business. The bike selection Trek Verve 1+ was perfect! I was very pleased with the salesperson Pat and discussions with the Service Manager Brandon! They were so considerate to deliver the bike within an hour after my purchase! All was an excellent experience. I am intent on using local businesses for any of my needs. Towpath carries a very high repurtatio and I see why!
