Shane took a look at my wheel, determined what needed to be done. Ordered a new rim that was perfect for the type of rider that I am and expedited its delivery so it would be finished before I was leaving for a week long bike trip. He even got it finished EARLIER than promised. He is a delight to work with. Knows his stuff and makes great suggestions.
