The first thing that brought me in was that they were open on a Monday. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pricing was comparable to my usual bike shop (which is closed on Mondays). I'm going to have to consider changing shops.
Service writers were helpful. I needed two tires and they recommended a good set based on my usage.

Great bike shop! I knew exactly what bike I was shopping for and placed an online order with them in the morning. The bike was ready for pick up that afternoon. The shop also has lots of accessories to choose from. I am very happy with the bike and experience with Bike Line, it was well worth driving an hour to get to the store!

Absolutely amazing customer service. we came in for a kids bike with training wheels. There were no kids bike training wheels for the size we’re looking at, but then Jake who helped us out, said that he will be able to fit it in the cycle that we’re looking at and he called us once it was ready so we came back and we tried it out and he helped us very patiently with all the requirements we had.

Had a pop tire on the back of my electric bike. Brought it in and gave me a quote for the price it may be. They didn't have the tube for the size which totally fine since they were willing to fix it with a tube i brought myself, instead of waiting a week or two for there’s too come. Totally chill people and great atmosphere. Only took a day to fix when they told it would be 3 or 4.

I like bringing my bike in and asking for a "safety check." If they find anything wrong, it gets fixed. And they're always quick to repair my flat tires.
