Client Testimonials
I appreciate the kindness, cleanliness, and commitment from all who work there. Commitment meaning many things and mostly meeting people where they are with their abilities
Great from start to finish! Alexa is amazing and she was the best person to help us out especially when planning an event from out of state.
Great people. Great service. Educated workout. Research based
This business is friendly, efficient, clean, and streamlined for the process of a medical dose of an infrared light sauna and a hot-cold contrast shower. This is where true health can be obtained proven by studies that I researched before I tried out Perspire. Thank you for being in our area, so this health resource is available to me.
Great facility, greeted, overall great experience
Thank you

Great adjustments, accessibility
great instructors!
Employees are very nice. If employees are at entrance, they greet you. Most recognize me by name. Employees are very quick to resolve any room issues-such as if prior customer turned off the sauna and it won't get to my preferred temp, employees move me to another room that will be at my temp. Or, employees alert customers to any rare instances for internet issues The location is always clean. I love the monitor which displays room assignments. I appreciate the recognition for birthdays, special offers, and "gifts". Love the TVs and different options. However, the remote controls are wearing out and the backs come off very easily. Also loved the small clocks in each room, however, are not set to correct time or are "frozen." Just little things. Overall, excellent. Thank you
The facility is very clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating so easy to work with if I need to make a last minute change.
I’ve been going to Underground Dance Studio for almost two years now and absolutely love this place! There are so many different dance styles and classes, so you can always try something new. The teachers are amazing, talented, and make every class so much fun. It’s such a great atmosphere, and I’m really happy I found this studio in Toronto. Highly recommend!
The saunas are very clean and quiet. I like the different options for the red light therapy and the chronotherapy depending on how I’m feeling for the day. It’s a great place to get a refresh/detox/ mood boost.
Very clean and relaxing experience
Easy to book classes. Good customer service.
These workouts have been life changing for me. I feel and look more fit at 49 than I did in my 20s. Tailored workout sessions guided by their attentive expert trainers have developed optimal results for me. My Discover Strength sessions have become a part of my normal routine, and I look forward to every one of them.
Location, location, friendliness
Great sauna rooms, the available options you offer. Great customer service 🤗
Super clean, relaxing. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Great site, great equipment and wonderful staff. My wife and I have both noticed an improvement in our strength and stamina
The gal at the desk was warm, welcoming and helpful. She really made the experience better. I like the eucalyptus towels and the cold plunge shower. Those extra touches were so lovely and something my gym sauna doesn’t offer.
The workouts are personalized, structured and effective. The trainers are the best at what they do- they educate and support clients.
Small gym compare to Blackpool, but everyone can find what they need for a good workout session. Staff is friendly and helpful.
It is very personalized. Very attractive facility.
Ren is talented and excellent at her job.
Because Ali is amazing - I have never looked better at 64!
Great intro deal, many different classes and many different times. Beginner friendly.
CAYLEE. That's what I like. She's an awesome trainer and the reason I continue to train here. She (and Abe) have helped me grow so much over the past year. There is no one like her.
