All of the members of the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. The studios are immaculate and kept extremely clean and sanitary. The membership prices are also reasonable. Best of all, the red light/infrared therapy reduces the pain in my body by about 80%. I hope that more treatments lead to extended pain relief.

I like the red light therapy and the cleanliness. I wish it didn’t cost extra to bring a guest because I don’t love being by myself all the time.

Very clean place, loved the eucalyptus tower.
Clean, modern equipment and rooms. Good amount of privacy to truly unwind and relax. Straightforward process of getting appointment and using the services, no complications or waiting, very much looking forward to being able to book on the app, pop into my designated sauna and relax without having to wait or go through set up or other similar friction points.

I was so impressed with how clean the sauna’s were, how spacious there were and how lovely of an experience it was. It was my 1st time ever trying sauna and we are hooked. The cucumber towel at the end was a dream
Services are great. I have only two comment. First change to 50min hot yoga is not great, it is too short. Second offices close at 5.30pm, so 6pm class was ideal for class straight after work, 5.30pm is too early, and 6,30pm to late. I have give up with this class, due to time change.
