I love the experience first of all. But the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is always clean and ready for me. I love the cool eucalyptus towel! And I enjoy relaxing and watching Netflix while I am resting in the sauna. I don't watch much TV otherwise. I'm a fan!

There hasn’t been a single time I’ve come in for a hot sauna and red light therapy session that I didn’t leave feeling better than when I arrived. The team at Perspire West McKinney has been gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable from day one. They always have the room set up and ready when you walk in, which makes the experience seamless and relaxing. One of my favorite perks is being able to invite a guest to join me for just $20. Between the incredible red light therapy and detoxifying sweat session, you also get time to truly unwind, whether that’s listening to soothing music or watching your favorite Netflix show, all provided for you. And the ice-cold eucalyptus washcloth at the end is the perfect finishing touch. I totally recommend trying it out; you won't be disappointed.
The professional staff and ease of scheduling
My massage with Liz was outstanding from start to finish. Arriving early allowed me to unwind in the tranquility room and rotate between the hot sauna and cold shower to fully prepare my body. Liz combines strong, confident pressure with an intuitive awareness of range of motion and what your body truly needs. 10/10 — highly recommend.
The availability of lymphatic drainage massage
I love the relaxed atmosphere and rejuvenated feeling after the session. I love the friendly, lovely nature of the staff. I always feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. This has become one of my favorite places to visit.
