If I'm being picky, sometimes the noise in the full pool makes it hard to hear the instructor. Other than that I'm completely satisfied. Coach Jacklyn does great work
Our family loves everyone at Aqua-tots Burlington because both front desk staff and coaches are nothing short but fantastic!
Serena (front desk) is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond when we need help figuring out make-up classes or new classes due to scheduling changes. She always takes such good care and finds thr best solutions for us which is especially hard because we have 3 kids in different levels but need similar times lots. She is a wonderful representation of what makes aquatots great. Of course, the couches we had were also wonderful. Mark(lev2), Ava(lev3), Shaneya(lev3), Kaari(lev4), Mack(lev4), and Julian (lev2) all demonstrate professionalism, fun for the kids (very approachable and likable by my shy kids), and have helped my kids learn how to swim and develop their current swim skills. We couldn't be happier with everyone.
I love that there is a consistent, measurable curriculum that shows progress for each of my children. The class size and 1:1 attention each student gets throughout their lesson creates an environment where the kids can really learn.

Coach for my kids is very nice . Front desk persons are very friendly. Manager is very helpful to solve any issues or questions.

The Amherst Aquatots is extremely well run. There is a true family atmosphere—the owner and employees truly care about my children, their well being and swimming success. Recomendaría Aquatots sin dudar porque las clases son acorde a las necesidades de cada niño aunque compartan un mismo grupo u horario. La atención del personal y de los instructores siempre es muy cordial y con buena disposición. Instalaciones impecables que nos hacen sentir cómodos. He notado los avances de mi bebé con cada semana en sus habilidades en el agua así como también las de socialización con instructores y compañeros de clase. ¡Gracias por el buen servicio que brindan!
Coach Evan is the best coach!
The staff has been extremely kind & helpful with my Grandson's lessons. He has improved greatly this past year in overcoming his fear of the water.

1. Cơ sở vật chất: Trường bơi sạch sẽ, đảm bảo an toàn cho các con học tập.
2. Chất lượng giảng dạy: Tốt, các thầy rất nhẹ nhàng hướng dẫn con, con vô cùng hứng thú với các tiết học bơi. Lớp học tối đa 4 Hs nên các thầy takecare khá kỹ các con.
3. Cskh: Khá chuyên nghiệp, trường bơi gửi nhắc lịch học liên tục cho bố mẹ qua mail, kênh cskh qua zalo rất nhanh, nhiệt tình.
4. Học phí: Không quá đắt, hợp lý trong ngân sách của gia đình.
All people there are so nice and accommodating to the children’s needs!
Coach Tad and Coach Taylor are awesome. When are have makeup lessons, we have always had great experiences with other coaches as well.
One suggestion - to stagger the ending times for the classes, so there are more changing rooms available at the end of each class. Some moments are a frantic mess fighting for a changing room. Then the next moment, all the rooms are empty.
