I rely on PnF Plus to keep me organized and streamlined for my trips into and out of ATL. While there are times that the shuttles are running late on pickup, for the most part, it's pretty well run in my opinion. I recently accidentally left my phone on a shuttle after getting to my car, but was able to get with (I believe Pat?) the front desk and the driver (Wayne I believe) was able to find it (lucky me) and bring it by so I could use my loyalty QR code to get out :)
