Liked the ease of reserving.
Liked that this time the shuttle was quick to pick us up.
Did NOT like that on our return when we were trying to leave that there was somone in front with obvious problems checking out and we had to wait a long time. We finally were able to get out of that lane and go to the Rental Car exit in order to leave. Not acceptable. The personin truck in our original lane was still there when we exited, turned right and looped around on street.
No other exit lane was available! You should have a quick exit for those of us that were pre-paid.

Our driver Lou on at around midnight 10/30-10/31 was terrific. Helped everyone with luggage and was quite cheery for midnight

Lou was our driver both to and from the airport. He was very nice and provided us directions to get to out terminal. He also waited to amke sure we were able to get in our car and that it would start before leaving us.
