Prompt buses & courteous drivers pick me up at my car & help with luggage. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes at the baggage claim pickup, and while the buses might often be full, they haven't felt overcrowded.

The convenience of parking and the bus arriving almost immediately

For returns, we hardly have to wait at all for a bus. Most times a bus is already waiting when we arrive at the bus stop.

Drivers are friendly and helpful.
