The shuttle driver found my keys on the bus. He is a life saver!

Great service overall. Sometimes it is hard to get in contact with them to be able to request a ride when we return back to the airport. All of the drivers are pretty friendly and so are the attendance at the facilities. Even the time I had an issue with getting a refund they were quick to be able to take care of it.

Very helpful in the process, happy to be working and interacting with us, and did a great job driving and locating all of our vehicles. She was the best driver we have had with Park DIA in a long time.

Since I had a reservation I was able to park even when you lot was full.

Overall great experience. Two suggestions-pickup upon return took about 20 minutes (late at night, no traffic). After a long day of canceled flights that seemed excessive. Also, getting out of the lot was difficult - no signage but the gate attendant chastised me for not knowing what to do on my first use. He was nice, but no need to make me feel stupid when you guys don’t give clear directions. I don’t understand why I scan to get in but have to stop and interact at a window, I can’t just scan to get out.

I remain a satisfied customer of Park 'N Fly because of its parking rates, security, convenience to Midway, and very friendly gate attendants and drivers.

It was perfect from start to finish. Since it was our first time parking here, the directions on what to do were very clear and easy to follow. The driver's were fabulous and so friendly. I would ride with them anywhere. The checkout was great, too. The attendant was very friendly and walked us through the entire process. We will definitely be parking with Park 'N Fly Plus again.

I arrived back at the airport when there was a general lull in activity. Instead of waiting for a while for others to join me, the driver kindly, took me to my car quickly.
