Oh wow! What can I say... Convenient, easy reservation process, staff to help you at every turn, friendly and engaging shuttle drivers and no long wait for the shuttle to leave the parking lot nor when I returned. It truly made a difference in having a stress-free travel experience. I will only use this service from now on. The only thing I would note is that my car wasn't washed when I returned which I thought was included from my understanding on the website. But even that is not a deal breaker.

First off, on Friday the 27th around 9 AM, on our drive to the facility, there was bus number 235 (I think or 238?) behind us. I had cars in front of me at the light. It took me a moment to engage my manual transmission, and the driver honked at me. I then was not able to get through the light in time. So on a red light, the driver got really close to my car, swerved around me and raced through the intersection on an absolute red light!
Aside from that, everyone when leaving and returning was incredibly courteous and efficient! I was just grateful that we did not have the person who dangerously drove that first bus!!
You have made the process very easy from getting into the gate, to parking, transfers to and from the airport! I recommend Park n Fly Oakland to anyone who tells me theyre flying out of Oakland!
Very easy to arrive, drop off the car and be driven to the airport. Everyone is always helpful. However when we arrive and get our luggage, the directions for contacting you are confusing.
