It was so fast and affordable. We had a reservation for the indoor lot, they had someone ready with a shuttle and took our luggage and loaded it up for us. On the return it was even smoother. I texted the special number what door I was at and they showed up within a minute and loaded up my luggage. They had my car pulled up and ready to go, can't get any better after a 9 hour international flight. I never fill out surveys but the system you guys have in place is great. Thanks again.

This is a great place and the people are amazing. However, you really have to fix the out gate. It never seems to work or at least some of the lanes don't work.
