Reasonable prices but you have to do something about confirmation emails. I couldn’t find my confirmation at all because it was all done on your site. And there’s no link to add it to your apple wallet. Please fix this.

Everything, I felt safe in Oakland on 98th Ave at 4:30 am. The staff was very professional, helpful and polite. They also had us picked up from our parking spot within 1 minute and at the airport in under 5 minutes once we got into the shuttle. I’ve already shared this experience with family and friends who I know are going to use it.

Great Drivers! Super convenient in every respect.

My flight was delayed by over 2 hours. The Park and Fly app's feature that says, "Come and get me" was a life saver. The bus arrived in no time and drove us right to our vehicle. The drivers were also awesome. I have a great experience every time!

So darn convenient to CLE Hopkins! The shuttle vans are quick, clean and modern. the drivers are professional and courteous. Never had a problem with traffic at the airport as we park 1/2 mile away at Park 'n Fly. Prices are more than competitive and HEY! there's a free car wash on you way out. I never think about parking anywhere else at CLE.

Both drivers, James and Darryl, were friendly and helpful. The lady in the cashier booth, whose name I didn't get, was also really helpful when I couldn't find my QR code to exit the facility. It was an overall great experience for me--thank you!

We have used your service for over ten years. The service has been wonderful.

Our last experience did have a problem. We park in covered parking and a large pick up truck
parked next to us . The problem is the truck was too big for the space and made no attempt to provide enough room to enter our car on the drivers side. (actually less than 1 foot)

Is there some way this can be prevented.
