I used Park/Fly for the first time, and everything went smoothly. We arrived at the parking garage and were treated very professionally. They took our car right away and we hopped on the shuttle which dropped us off at our gate within a short while. On our return from our trip, we were picked up in a timely manner and brought to our car quickly. Thank you for the great no-hassle, no-worries experience!!!

The website was easy to use. The parking location was easy to find. Once parking the shuttle arrived at our car within a minute and the ride to the airport was only about 10 minutes. The pickup outside of carousel 8 on the way back was easy as well as the drive back. Our driver dropped us off right at our car. I will always use this service in the future.

It’s wonderful that there are shuttle attendants and real people at the entry and exit points of the parking lots. We were first timers and we arrived in the pouring rain at 3:45am and a shuttle driver was there to give us friendly directions, which helped keep things go smoothly for us and kept us dry! We would definitely recommend our friends to use park n fly!

Drivers are very friendly and location was easy to get to. Only complaint was upon entering when the lady at the front booth was outside the booth have a vaping break and when I asked for a little direction as it was my first time parking there she seemed a bit curt or brief in her reply as if it was an inconvenience to answer me.

I always get great service at Park N Fly.

But my last experience took far longer than necessary after a long day of flight delays.
If a customer has a card without their parking spot number on it I don't think the driver should drive around looking for that customer's car when there are clients who know their parking spots. He finally dropped the rest of us off at our cars before returning to the search, but we drive two full loops around the lots looking for someone's car before he decided to take care of the rest of us.

So a driver gave a client a card without a parking spot number, which created the issue. Of course, the customer should have noticed that. I always check and take a photo of my parking spot.

Convenience, speed, and easy to use. Great value, and a whole lot less headache than parking at the airport myself. Only downside was finding the shuttle pick-up area after my return flight.
