the buses were on time and clean. it is convenient and close to Oakland airport. vinh the cashier gave my wife a bottle of water when we checked out. that was a nice touch.

It’s convenient to reserve a spot ahead of time. The shuttle buses are always ready to take me to the terminal and are always there when I arrive back in CLE. Only thing I didn’t like is I arrived home a day early and didn’t get a refund for the day.
