Your employees are very engaged and customer service oriented. This makes a big difference and your company stands out compared to your competitors in this regard. One issue that continues to be a problem is leaving the self-park lot. There was an issue with the driver in front of me and I waited roughly 15 mins before i was able to exit. Your staff was very apologetic which helped diffuse the situation. This not the first time this has happened and it should be investigated. All in all, great service particularly with the shuttle drivers. I will continue to use your service.

I liked the fact my vehicle was safe behind a fence while I was on my trip. The one gentlemen who picked us up at our vehicle and then the one driving us back to it after our trip were very nice and showed great attitudes in their job, which you don't get in big cities.
