I liked that my vehicle was in a fenced secured lot. I was picked up at my vehicle in a warm bus and picked back up when I flew home and dropped off right at my vehicle when I returned on a late flight. Great service.

I’ve used shuttle parking services before but this was probably the best I have used and I’m an expat who traveled for work. I liked how easy it was and how wonderful all the attendants were. Especially when I missed a flight due to my own misunderstanding and was devastated and the shuttle driver was so very nice and understanding about it. That is an above and beyond thing because he did not have to be that nice. Let’s be real that isn’t part of the job description but it was so very appreciated. All the employees were so pleasant and relaxed. That kind of chill but professionalism is appreciated because travel is nerve wracking so it put me at ease.

They are convenient and not that expensive, however the fact that you need to walk to the beginning or end of the terminal to catch the courtesy van going back to the lot to pick up your car is an inconvenient, you should consider stopping like before wherever you see a customer

The staff was amazing. Our arrival and departure drivers were kind, considerate, friendly and helpful. Upon leaving I couldn't find my paperwork when stopped at the exit kiosk. The lady looked up my reservation by my cel phone number and I was in my way. Quick easy and painless. I seldom give a 10 rating on surveys, but operation deserved it.

This experience was almost as great as usual, except that there were no parking places for several rows on each side of the posted row to park in, and one driver was quite rude when we stopped him to ask a question about checking in as there was no person at the in gate. Our actual drivers were wonderful, as usual.
