The driver named Tanya picked me up at the airport and called ahead to another driver to be sure she would be waiting for the return trip. She left immediately to me back to lot. She took me directly to my parked car and then had me picked up for the return trip by another driver.

Tanya went above and beyond to make sure that I would have time to make my flight.

I love the location. I love the shuttle service to and from my car. I love how nice everyone who works here is. Check out is easy and the check out personnel is wonderful. Sometimes they even offer us a water. This time we had to wait awhile for our airport pick up but this is unusual. Park n Fly is a great service.

It was an awesome experience! They picked us up quickly and the ride was comfortable. The driver was very courteous and helpful. They dropped us off right where we needed to be at the airport and when we returned they came very quickly and took us right to our vehicle. The check in and out was very convenient with the use of the pre-register option online. We will definitely use them again!!

It would be helpful if e-receipts would reflect the amount paid, rather than indicating amount owed = $0 for travel reimbursement purposes.

Very quick shuttle, takes your right to your car. No wandering around trying to find it. Very quick and easy to get to your car.

I was picked up at my car within a minute of pulling into a parking place. The bus drivers were friendly and informative and helpful. I was brought directly to the terminal and picked up within 10 minutes of arrival at the street. You made it worry-free and my car was in an enclosed lot while I was gone. Great job to all!

We used self park for 1st time and we're impressed that the shuttle picks you up and returns you directly to your car. Will definitely use this method in the future.

Easy and convenient

First time leaving my car when flying. My Son and I were really pleased with the service. Picked up at car and dropped off at car. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would use Park 'N Fly again.

Extremely convenient location and felt safe leaving our RV here for multiple nights. Finding the shuttle to / from the airport was easy and both drivers were beyond friendly and helpful.
