One change I’d make is to eliminate the requirement for keeping the paper claim ticket. Something electronic that we could keep in our phone wallet would reduce risk of losing the ticket.

I liked how this was something I found in my capital one catalog that happened to be a diamond in the rough of a find. It was easy to prepay and set up, the experience was so easy, the customer service was above and beyond. I had missed a flight due to my own mistake and the driver of the shuttle was very good at calming my waters being understandably upset, when I had issues with my QR code the staff was very helpful and quick at remedying it. Their shuttles also arrive so fast and I like that you don’t really have to wait for the next one, but can call. It’s a remarkable service
