It was extremely efficient. The drivers and attendant were very friendly and helpful.
The drivers are great. I cannot think of the last time I had a Park N Fly driver that didn't make the short trip to or from the airport enjoyable. Although the guy who picked me up from the airport last Friday was a Texas Rangers fan but cannot fire him for having bad taste! Just kidding, we had a good time. It's the joking around like that that makes airport trips enjoyable. The Park N Fly app makes setting up reservations and getting in and out of the lot a breeze.
Although this issue isn't specifically Hartford Bradley Park n Fly, the app needs to improve. I self parked and didn't have my QR code to open the gate. App flaked out and wouldn't pull up my current reservation
