What a difference one day makes! There were plenty of shuttles waiting or available within 10 minutes of arriving. Pickup was relatively quick. There was a “Marshall” at door LN-1 advising guests where to stand in line without people “cutting” the pick up line. On a side note, the car wash was folded with water. I don’t know if you’re aware of that. Great job Park N Fly Atlanta!

I have used this lot several times over the last couple of years. It is convenient and the drivers are friendly and helpful. I would use them again and again and again.

Convenient and efficient parking service; normally shuttle is there before you can turn off the car. However, this time, had to wait 10 minutes and call customer service number. Suspect the guy who said I'll send someone right up forgot about us. Once shuttle arrived, we received the usual good service and no issues on return journey.

Your pickup in lot and then at terminal was very prompt. The driver was very helpful at drop off in the lot - helping us load the bags into our vehicle. Man at exit booth offered us water - always nice after a long flight.

I think that you ld stress the service and other amenities rather than the frequent emails touting your price and "sales" as cheaper than on-airport parking. I found that your prices (with the additional fees) is not much better than the 5 minute walk from terminal onsite prices.

Your drivers are excellent, always timely and very conversational. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years, love the indoor, wish it was bigger. Axel is especially good as a driver. Remembered me after an 11 month layoff, always asks me about my trips.

The drivers are always helpful and kind. However, my last trip back to the parking lot I mentioned to the driver I have no cash on me and apologized. I was surprised that he did not help me put my suitcase into my car. They have always assisted in getting my luggage in my car. I was a little surprised.

We love how efficiently we can park and get shuttles to the airport from PNF.
Our one minor complaint is that they say to stand at F in airport pickup, but they park more like E and people who got there later push to get on the bus first.
