I have been using ParkDIA since they opened. I have always liked parking with them and pricing is more than fair. It was really nice (for me) when they were just starting and we got right to our cars but I am glad they are rocking it! Their drivers are so friendly, safe, patient, and helpful. I use them 10/10 times.

The customer service is very friendly and enthusiastic about what they are doing. Rinh did a great job! He picked up our luggage and loaded and welcomed us home. He insisted that he would unload our bags and he even loaded my suitcase into my car!

I like the ease of making a reservation and the occasional free day(s) when I've accrued enough days and the AAA and AARP discount. I like that there's a shuttle that follows me to my car to pick me up when I arrive. I wish the Park 'N Fly shuttle came around a little more often to pick passengers up at the Oakland Airport, but other than that I'm happy with the service.
