Parking is easy, the shuttle is quick, and it’s very inexpensive. I also know my car will be safe while I’m gone.

Easy to use, made reservations online scanned my card parked, texted when I got back in, bus showed up in a matter of a few minutes and dropped off at our car. Was provided water at the exit which was refreshing and much needed.

We like that the shuttles run pretty often. The only problem would be that it would be nicer if there were more shuttles available during certain hours when flights are coming in. It might help if people waited in a line because depending on where the driver stops, often times, the people who just walked up get on the bus and the ones who are at the front and who have been waiting, don't get on the shuttle and have to wait much longer for the next shuttle to come. I'm not sure of what your expectations of your drivers are, sometimes they help with luggage and others don't assist at all. For us, the drivers that do help, we give them a tip. However, for the lazy drivers who don't help, we don't give them anything. Perhaps you can share that feedback with them and they might be encouraged to help.
